Your organization must be registered as a non-profit or voluntary organization, such as an association or a foundation. Public bodies and political parties don't qualify.

You apply to Microsoft, and your organization is verified by Goodstack. It takes up to seven working days.

Are the 10 free Business Premium licences still available?
No. Microsoft ended that grant on 1 July 2025. Non-profits now get Business Premium at a 75 percent lower price instead. If you have received a downgrade notice, we help you choose what to move to.
What does Copilot for Microsoft 365 cost?
Copilot Business is an add-on to the Business licences and costs NOK 213.50 per user per month, excluding VAT. When bought by 31 December 2026, the price is NOK 183 for the first year. Non-profits get a 15 percent lower price. Copilot Chat is included in Microsoft 365 at no extra cost.
Do we need a Copilot licence to use Copilot Chat?
No. Copilot Chat is included in Microsoft 365. The Copilot licence is needed when Copilot should use your organization's email, files and meetings.
Can we move our existing licences to you?
Yes. We help you move your licences from another provider, and check at the same time that everyone has the right licence.
Do you sell licences to large organizations?
Yes. We also sell Microsoft 365 E3, E5 and frontline worker licences to organizations with more than 300 users. You get a quote based on the number of users.
