AI that frees up time. Systems that create momentum.
We work out where the job could be easier, build the solution, and stay with it until it is part of the working day. From idea to operation.

★★★★★“Håkon opened my eyes”
“I was very sceptical, but I bought the webinar from Skjld Labs […] Now I have an AI marketing team that does a lot of what I find so boring, and the possibilities seem endless!!”

Trying a chatbot is easy. Getting AI to make a difference is harder. It takes someone who understands how you work, connects the solution to the systems you already have, and stays until it is actually being used. That is the work we do.

Svaragent writes the draft. A human approves it.
Our own tool for customer email, still in development. The project page shows how the draft is produced, who approves it before anything is sent, and what the product does not do — sourced from the product’s own terms.

You talk to the person who builds it.
The people who map the needs, build the systems and teach the courses are people you can call directly.

Where would you like to start?
Four ways to work with us. Choose by the need, not the technology.
01
Find a direction“We know AI could help. But where?” We look at your business one to one and prioritise what is realistic.
02
Get the work doneThe routine work takes too long. We build agents and automation around the way you already work.
03
Connect it upPortals, apps and integrations for when off-the-shelf tools do not fit — on your own infrastructure if you prefer.
04
Learn togetherThe team wants to use AI more safely. Hands-on courses in Norwegian, with tasks from your own working day.
See us at work
We test AI on Norwegian tasks before we recommend it.
We run language models on our own hardware and try them on real tasks. Five local models were given five tasks. None of them was best at everything — which is exactly why we test.
- TodayA human approves before an agent sends anything.
- TodayWe document what the solution does, and what it does not do.
- Per projectRunning on your own infrastructure, in Norway or the EU, is agreed with you.
- Per projectOwnership of code and data is written into the contract, not into a general promise.
We are on stage fairly often.
Talks, workshops and webinars where we show how AI is used in practice.

How we work
The technology is rarely the hard part.
The hard part is getting it used. That is why we stay involved from the first conversation to day-to-day operation.
Free consultation- 01
Understand the work
We look at the processes, the data and the people who will use the solution, and agree on what to solve first.
- 02
Build something useful
Short iterations with you closely involved. The solution can run on your own infrastructure or with a provider you choose.
- 03
Test it in daily use
We test against what we agreed, and make the limitations clear before anything goes live.
- 04
Keep it running
We operate and improve it together with you, or hand it over so you can take it further yourselves.

Before we meet
Questions we often get
What happens in the first conversation?
We talk about how you work today, where the time goes, and where AI or a better system could help. The conversation is free and without obligation, and we will say so if AI is not the right answer.
Do we need to know which AI tool we want to use?
No. We start with the task and the people who will use the solution. Choosing the tool comes afterwards.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We assess what can be connected to or built around the systems you use. What is possible depends on your access and your solutions.
Where does the solution run, and who owns it?
We agree that per project. The solution can run on your own infrastructure or with a provider you choose, and the contract states clearly what you own.
Where are you based?
At Langes gate 8 in Sandefjord. We meet customers in Vestfold in person and work digitally with organizations across Norway.
A good place to start
What could be easier where you are?
Thirty minutes, free and without obligation. We look at your business one to one and suggest one concrete first step.
